The role
What it means to serve.
You help govern how BGGG operates — its finances, policies, and fundraising. The law frames that trust in three duties.
I
Obedience
Establish the mission and stay true to it — ensuring funds serve their stated purpose.
II
Care
Use your best judgment — reasonable caution in the decisions you help make.
III
Loyalty
Put personal interests aside for the good of the organization, and uphold confidentiality.

Term
3-year term
Renewable. Elected at the annual meeting.
Time
2–4 hrs / month
Quarterly board + bi-monthly committee meetings.
